County Clerk

The Wallowa County Clerk’s Office provides many services to the public. We conduct elections for state, county, cities, and special districts, maintain voter registrations, and keep election statistics.

Our office issues marriage licenses, records domestic partnerships, and executes passport applications. The Clerk’s office records legal documents, keeps records of Commissioners' Journals, and maintains county public records. The County Clerk is also the clerk of the Property Value Appeals Board (PVAB).

THE COUNTY CLERK IS NOT A PART OF THE OREGON STATE CIRCUIT COURT.

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday May 20th, 2025, an election will be held. 

The special district positions will be up for election and are also noted in the "Supported Document" Section below (PDF). 

Any person wishing to file declaration of candidacy for any of the below positions

can contact the WALLOWA COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE for forms. The last date to file is March 20th, 2025.
