The Wallowa County Clerk’s Office provides many services to the public. We conduct elections for state, county, cities, and special districts, maintain voter registrations, and keep election statistics.
Our office issues marriage licenses, records domestic partnerships, and executes passport applications. The Clerk’s office records legal documents, keeps records of Commissioners' Journals, and maintains county public records. The County Clerk is also the clerk of the Property Value Appeals Board (PVAB).

There will be a test of the ballot tally system for May 19th, 2026, Primary Election on Tuesday, May 12th, at 10:00 a.m., and again on Thursday, May 14th, at 10:00 a.m.
This test is open to the public. If you plan to attend, please contact the Clerk's Office prior to test day, to reserve space.
This test will be conducted at the Wallowa County Courthouse, located at 101 S River Street in Enterprise.
