Wallowa County Surveyor ‐ Fee Schedule
Effective January 1, 2024
- Filing Fee: $50 (Record of Surveys, Lot Line Adjustments, All Plats and Affidavits of Correction)
- Review Fees:
- Property/Lot Line Adjustments: $150.00
- To be submitted to the Assessor's Office and made payab;le to the Wallowa County Surveyor. They will initial the application at the time of payment.

- Replats, Partition Plats & Cemetery Plats: $250.00.
- Subdivision Plats & Condominium Plats: $300.00 + $5.00 per lot.
- Property/Lot Line Adjustments: $150.00
- Additional Requirements:
- Title Reports will be required for Property Line Adjustment reviews starting in 2024.

Please note: To determine if a tract of land has been surveyed, the Township, Range, Section and Tax lot or Subdivision, Block and Lot will be required before any research can be done.
