Notice is hereby given of a public meeting to be held by the Wallowa County Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Thorton Room of the Wallowa County Courthouse.
CUP#24-03 S&V PROPERTIES, LLC - HOSTETTER – submitted by D. Rahn Hostetter on behalf of S&V Properties, LLC. The request is for a 240,000 SF meat processing facility in an existing structure, with a retail component and deli, in the Industrial (M-1) zone. The property is within the Joseph Airport Protection Zone and the Enterprise Watershed Protection Area. The property in question is described as Township 02S Range 45E Section 30 TL 1403 and Township 02S Range 44E Section 25 TL 1000. It is more commonly known as 83395 Airport Way, Joseph, OR. The property is approximately 19 acres.
