Temporary Fire-Related Closure at Burnt Creek Fire Area has been modified

The temporary fire-related forest closure surrounding the Burnt Creek Fire in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest has been modified. 

The closure remains in place to protect public safety and provide firefighters with the space they need to safely carry out suppression operations. Please respect all closure signs and do not enter closed areas. If you plan to recreate, camp, or travel in the area, check current forest closures and fire conditions before you leave. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support as firefighters continue work on the Burnt Creek Fire.
