The Citizens Advisory Committee will provide public involvement and inputs to the revision of the County’s Land Development Ordinance Articles.
The Citizens Advisory Committee will meet four times between November 2026 and May 2027.
All but one of those meetings will be virtual and will be facilitated by Greentop Planning Development & Research, who have been contracted through a Department of Land Conservation and Development grant to update the Ordinance Articles.
Objectives of the update include ensuring consistency with Oregon Revised Statutes, Oregon Administrative rules, relevant case law, and making improvements to the permit application process.
