NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding a petition to vacate a portion of Talemena Road at Wallowa Lake, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 368.326 through 368.366.
The hearing will be held on July 15, at 10:00 a.m., in the Thornton Conference Room located in the Wallowa County Courthouse, 101 South River Street, Enterprise, Oregon.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a petition to vacate a portion of Talemena Road described generally as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 10; thence East 19.95 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Lot 8; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to the Northeast corner of Lot 1 0; thence South 50° 10'26" West a distance of 106.87 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning
The proposed vacation is requested by Matthew J. McDowell and Amber J. McDowell.
Any interested person may appear at the hearing and provide testimony in support of or in opposition to the proposed vacation. Individuals may also participate remotely.
