Wallowa County invites Design-Build proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural and related design, engineering and construction services for the construction of a maintenance shop and administrative offices at 81855 Homan Lane, Enterprise, OR 97828.
This project will be subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates.
Sealed bids for the described project will be received by Executive Assistant Tera Elliott, Board of Commissioners office, 101 South River Street - Room 301, Enterprise, Oregon 97828, until Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 at 2:00pm.
Wallowa County may reject any proposals not in compliance with all prescribed requirements listed in the solicitation proposal and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
