Public Notice

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 11:30 am in the Thornton Conference Room, 1^st floor of the Wallowa County Courthouse.  This is a re-scheduling of the September 17, 2024 hearing at the request of the applicant.

VAR 2024-001 (VAR#24-01) The Conspirators - This is an “area variance” requesting a setback in the Industrial (M-1) zone be reduced from 25’ to 20’ to allow the placement of storage containers adjacent to a foundry.  This matter will be reviewed for conformance to the WCCLUP and all relevant WCLDO Articles, and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon.
