NOTICE IS GIVEN, the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners will be conducting a public hearing Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Thorton Conference Room of the Wallowa County Courthouse; located at 101 S River St, Enterprise, Oregon 97828.
This public hearing will be to consider the appeal (Board of Commissioners Appeal #2025-001) submitted by Rahn Hostetter on behalf of the appellant, Anderson Woods, LLC. The appellant is appealing a decision made by the Wallowa County Planning Commission to deny LP#25-02 which was a request for Legal Unit of Land Verification.
The parcel in question is described as Township 03 South, Range 45 East, Section 24, and Tax Lot 8600 in the Timber Grazing (T/G) zone, consisting of approximately 274.23 acres.
These matters will be reviewed for conformance to the WCCLUP and all relevant WCLDO articles, and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon.
