Bartlett and Grouse Flat Road Reopened to the Public

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WALLOWA IN AND OF THE STATE OF OREGON 

IN THE MATTER OF REOPENING A PUBLIC ROAD 

ORDER 2024-006 

NOW, at this time, this matter came for consideration by the above-named Board convened in emergency session on this day and it being made apparent to the Board that there is no longer a need to close the Bartlett and Grouse Flat Road from public access. 

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners ORDER 2024-003 closing the Bartlett and Grouse Flat roads is rescinded and said roads are open to the general public beginning the 12th day of August at 0900 hours.
