 ided into two divisions\, Charley and Juliet.\n Division Supervisors cond
 ucted field assessments to evaluate fire\nbehavior\, assess access to the 
 perimeter. Today crews including the La\nGrande IHC have focused on the li
 ne at the confluence of Davis and\nSwamp Creeks to develop an anchor point
 . The Rouge River IHC will\nassist on the Burnt Creek for their remaining 
 few shifts.\n\nSignificant aviation support occurred on the Burnt Creek Fi
 re with\nHelicopters and Scoopers working the fire today as smoke lifted a
 nd\nallowed those operations. A dozer was re-assigned from the Anthony\nFi
 re this afternoon and will support heavy equipment line construction\non t
 he fire.  \n\nWe will continue work next several shifts developing a stra
 tegic plan\,\nmanagement action points and triggers for evacuation levels 
 should\nthey become necessary. At this point Joesph Creek and six resident
 s\nhave been placed in Level 1  “Be Ready” status.  \n
