The Wallowa County Clerk's office provides many services to the public . We conduct elections for state, county, cities, and special districts; maintain voter registrations, and keep election statistics.  Our office issues marriage licenses, records domestic partnerships, and executes passport applications. The Clerk's office records legal documents, keeps records of Commissioners Journals, and maintains county public records. The County Clerk is also the clerk of  the Board of Property Tax Appeals.

The County Clerk is not a part of the Oregon State Circuit Court system.  For court related services contact the Circuit Court office (541) 426-4991
